Dealing with Leftover Shredded Cheese

I love shredded cheese, especially Swiss and mozarella. However, sometimes I get burnt out on only using shredded cheese on salads, breads and pasta dishes.

Below are some alternative dishes to sprinkle some shredded cheese over:

1. Soups
a. Tomato
b. Beef stew
c. Minestrone

2. Cooked Vegetables
a. Corn
b. Broccoli
c. Mushrooms

3. Baked Steak Fries
a. Baked tater tots
b. Baked potato
